Indian challenge over

Unfortunately,India's campaign in the World Open squash tournament did not go beyond the first round with national champion Saurav Ghosal losing to Shahier Razik of Canada. Ghosal, as I've written before, was the lone Indian in the main draw.He put up a stiff resistance in the first two games before gradually fizzling out-which was expected as Razik chalked out a 12-10, 12-10, 11-4 win in 56 minutes. With Ghosal's defeat, the Indian challenge ended in the elite event where none of his compatriots could even reach the main draw.
